Bugs And Bites (Snakes)

Did you know that more than 50 snakes are endangered? Yep. That’s a lot! That’s not all because of humans, but because of this we should prevent killing them. Even scientists discourage killing snakes! There are many people who, when having snake problems in their property, kill snakes. Killing snakes also affects the ecosystem and can cause more distress with invasive species, by throwing of the balance. So, this shows, you should not harm snakes, so here are some other ways.

. Put them in a bucket using a little metal pole, (Make sure to be gentle, ) and let them outside, away from your property

. (to keep them away from your house), Keep your pet’s food and water inside

. (to keep them away from your house), Remove bird feeders or bird baths

. Citrus scents keep snakes away! Such as Oranges, Grapefruit, And Lemons!

. Garlic and onions repel snakes!

. (Where to look), Snakes usually hide behind refrigerators, under ovens, inside cabinets, and under your bed.

You donโ€™t have to change on how you treat them, but please at least be aware that what you do does impact your environment.

Please treat reptiles better!
